1. Order Cancellations

• Custom Cakes:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup/delivery date.

  • Any deposit paid is non-refundable once we begin designing, preparing, or sourcing ingredients.

• Standard Cakes & Desserts:

  • Orders may be canceled up to 48 hours before pickup/delivery for a full refund.

  • Last-minute cancellations (less than 48 hours) may not be eligible for a refund due to preparation already in progress.

2. Refund Policy

• Eligible Refunds:

  • If you cancel your order within the allowed time frame.

  • If we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Change of mind after production has started.

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer (wrong pickup time, address, design details).

  • Products that have already been picked up, delivered, or consumed.

3. Order Issues

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup/delivery.

• We may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion, depending on the situation.

• Photos of the product may be required to process a claim.

4. Deposits

• All deposits made for custom cakes are non-refundable.

• Deposits may be transferred to a future order if cancellation is made before the required notice period.

5. Delivery & Pickup

• We take utmost care in preparing and packaging cakes. Once delivered or picked up, SweetSlice is not responsible for damage caused during transport, handling, or storage.
